The phone is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, mated to 4GB of RAM. The storage capacity on board is 64GB, further expandable up to 256GB by inserting a microSD card.
The Gionee A1 features a 13-megapixel primary shooter with phase detection autofocus and an LED flash. In terms of connectivity, it offers 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The phone is fuelled by a 4,010mAh battery, which supports 18W rapid fast charging. Software-wise, it boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box with Amigo 4.0 UI on top.
